As a Program Manager at Microsoft, I specialize in orchestrating end-to-end launch operations within a global business framework. My role focuses on translating complex stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, managing scope, schedule, and risks, and driving operational excellence to ensure successful Launch / Go To Market outcomes. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and risk managers to mitigate potential challenges and prepare business users for seamless adoption of change. My career demonstrates a robust expertise in Supply Chain Operations, Supply & Demand forecasting, and Cross-Functional Collaboration, cultivated through leadership roles in high-stakes, fast-paced environments. By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering strong partnerships, I contribute to improved operational readiness and performance optimization. Motivated by a commitment to precision, collaboration, and impactful delivery, I enable teams to achieve measurable success at scale.Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active and embracing new experiences. You’ll often find me sea swimming along the Irish coast, running local trails, or hiking in the countryside. I also enjoy racquet sports like badminton and tennis, which keep me energized and competitive. When I’m not outdoors, I love unwinding by binge-watching the latest TV series or getting lost in a good work of fiction. These activities help me maintain a healthy work-life balance, fuel my curiosity, and bring fresh perspectives to both my personal and professional life.
