As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Stashfin, a fast-paced Fintech company, I leverage my 20 years of experience and expertise in accounting, tax, audit, law, and information technology to lead the end-to-end finance functions and drive business profitability, growth, and operational efficiency. I am a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Bachelor of Information Technology, with exposure in finance leadership roles in NBFCs, mutual funds, leasing, and banking industries. In my previous roles I was part of the India management team and the local board of directors, reporting to the Managing Director and partnering with the Global Managing Board of Directors, banks, and financial institutions. I spearhead the MIS, financial reporting, consolidation, direct and indirect taxation matters, and treasury management, while establishing strong and automated reporting systems that capture data with accuracy and recommend strategies to senior management. I also exhibit business leadership in debt raising, administering working capital funds, monitoring cash flows, and driving business negotiations and fund management functions.
