About Srinivas Jayaram

Currently working as Software Engineer at one of the top hedge funds called Millennium. As an AVP at Citi, I work on market risk software solutions for the Institutional Clients Group. I leverage my web development expertise to deliver high-quality front-end services for complex and scalable applications. I am passionate about creating user-friendly and innovative products that enhance the customer experience and support the business goals. Previously, I worked as a Software Engineer II at Cisco, where I contributed to several projects that involved building, scaling, optimizing, and revamping the UI and backend services of various platforms, such as Webex, Cisco Sales Search, and Expert Finder. I also led tech breakdowns, delivered feature integrations, and introduced ML APIs. I received the Technical and Strategic Excellence Award in FY21 for my outstanding performance and impact. I have also interned at Amazon and worked as a researcher and developer at MIT's Center for Aerospace Research. I have a BE in Computer Science from Madras Institute of Technology, where I learned and applied various skills and technologies, such as Django REST Framework, FastAPI, Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, Python, MySQL, and Redis. I also obtained certifications from Cisco, such as CCENT and Introduction to Network. I am fluent in English, Telugu, and Tamil. I am always eager to learn new things and collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
