Currently, I am a Senior Technology Manager in the Omnichannel domain of IT Software Services. My role is quite diverse - from understanding and translating business needs into technical requirements, providing architectural guidance, to resource planning and ensuring that our tech solutions align with business goals. A significant part of my role involves leading teams and interacting directly with clients. I hold myself accountable for the quality of our deliverables and am frequently involved in project estimation and timeline planning. With a technology-agnostic approach, I believe in using the right tool for the job and continually learning about different platforms to meet various project needs. One of the aspects I deeply value is the opportunity to support fellow professionals in their career progression. This not only strengthens our team but also promotes a culture of shared learning and growth. I have had enriching experiences participating in events like PyCon APAC Singapore and PyCon India in 2018. They have reinforced the importance of staying updated in this ever-evolving field.
