Sr HR Executive Compliance • Responsible for the entire Statutory and Compliance function for PAN India Operations and Legal & Labor Statutory Compliance • Handling PAN India level as a part of Statutory Compliances (under State and Central Acts). • Monitor, Track, Report and maintain Compliance documents. • Vendor management. • Work closely with and support the payroll team with monthly cut-off providing benefits information / monthly reports from benefits providers as needed • Conduct new hire/benefit orientations, training, and exit interviews • Ensure employee relations concerns are thoroughly investigated and resolved in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with appropriate local disciplinary procedures • Handling legal and Statutory compliance works independently. • closely with Operations, legal, HR, Vendor management team, clients, vendors, procurement and senior leadership and other internal clients in handling compliance process. • Statutory Compliance familiar with compliance payments & returns of PF, ESIC & P Tax. • P Tax, Bonus and Gratuity etc. • Compliance with Labor Law i.e, Shops & Establishment, EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, GRATUITY, BONUS, MATERNITY BENEFITS, CONTRACT LABOR (R&A) Act and other statutory requirements. • Processing of Statutory documentation in case of death of employee to provide monitory benefits under PF, ESI and WC. Handling all legal issues related to the branch, ESI Act, Provident Fund Act, etc. Coordinating with all sites for Implementing HR policies and Labor Law. • Responsible for Registrations, Renewals and Amendments as per the relevant acts • Prepare and maintain compliance-related MIS reports. • stakeholders’ audits, Vendor Management/CLRA Audit, Customer Audit. • Handling of Audits and Assessments Independently at Staffing clients • Periodic audit of stakeholder’s statutory compliance records on payment, PF & Gratuity etc. on monthly basis. • Liaison with Statutory Bodies under Labor Laws for Registration, Licenses, Renewals. • Maintain and track of new notifications under labor laws & advise to Client accordingly. • Implement and maintain ongoing compliance processes where applicable. • Minimum Wages Revision & notification & Remittance of LWF and other statutory compliance. • Maintain the record of statutory compliance to handle the External Audit & Internal audit and prepare the list of documents as per the audits. • Submitting Returns like half yearly and Yearly under CLRA and S&E. • Liasoning with all Govt. officials across the network acting as the Management Representative.
