Srinivas Krishna is a highly accomplished professional recognized for his expertise as an organizational architect, specializing in designing and building institutional and individual capacity to manage relational business models. His proficiency spans across various areas, including organizational and sector strategy, organization structure design, operating model and governance, organization and business process transformation, global sourcing strategy, economics of global service models, contract structures, and change management and communications. Srinivas has demonstrated exceptional leadership in designing, negotiating, and managing multiple global sourcing transformation arrangements across crucial functions such as finance and accounting (F&A), human resources (HR), treasury, credit services, sales and incentive compensation, and information technology (IT).
