Professional Experience - Currently working at HSBC Software Development India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad as Engineering and delivery manager since Mar, 2011 - Prior experience at IBM India Pvt Ltd, Mahindra Satyam, and Netripples.com software limited. Strengths - 19 years of experience in IT industry with experience in full project life cycle (SDLC and Agile projects) in estimation, analysis, design, implementation and post implementation of various applications using JAVA/J2EE on variety of on premises and cloud platforms - Currently playing a role of Engineering and delivery manager. As engineering manager, I am responsible for defining platform strategies (API, branch, environment, code reviews, etc for multiple pods) and platform delivery across multiple entities and projects. And responsible for engineering aspects of platform like maintaining code quality by adhering to various tools like checkmarx, sonar, nexus IQ etc and ensuring to deliver quality code where by reducing the defects in later stage of project life cycle otherwise called as shift left- Delivery manager experience includes resource capacity management, review multiple entities project deliverables, review sprint capacity, commitment and velocity for six pods of the platform and resolving any blockers raised in scrum of scrum calls- Worked on Agile projects for 6 years as pod lead where I was responsible for pod deliverables- Technical project management, delivery and IT service ownership experience - Having strong hold on managing complex releases where there are dependencies with multiple upstream and downstream systems - Played a role of Learning consultant for India Insurance team where I am responsible for accelerating learning culture for the team and ensuring team learns to latest technologies and get motivated to take certifications which works for individuals and organization- Onsite experience at client location (USA), where got exposure to deal the clients and gain skills on on-site and off-shore coordination - Excellent analytical and Problem solving skills.
