Background
About Srinivas Mekala
I am a Software Engineer and Computer Science Graduate Student at the University at Albany with a passion for building systems that bridge the gap between legacy reliability and modern scalability.Currently, at the Center for Human Services Research (CHSR), I am leading the modernization of statewide social impact platforms, migrating complex ASP.NET architectures to high-performance.NET Core APIs. Beyond my professional roles at OneAssure and KalaKumbh, I am a dedicated "software enthusiast"—I recently built my own private cloud infrastructure using a repurposed laptop, Docker, and Cloudflare to host my personal projects like LinkHub and Application Tracker.Whether it’s reducing code redundancy by 80% or architecting real-time chat systems, I thrive on solving "it worked on my machine" problems and deploying them to my.dev.Core Tech: C#.NET Core, SQL Server, Next.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask), Docker, Linux. Graduating May 2026 | Open to Full-Stack, Backend, SRE, and DevOps roles.
