Srinivas is passionate about solving problems looking at a bigger picture at the heart of sustainability. He did his bachelors(B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay. He is Fellow of Insurance Institute of India and Certified Energy Auditor. He is currently working as Executive Director at Novo Insurance Broking Services. His role includes business development risk management consulting insurance advisory and claims management. He has more than 7 years’ experience as an Associate Consultant building and executing projects end to end across various industries such as Renewable Energy Chemicals Dairy Sugar Buildings etc Cross functional experience in Technology Operational Finance Marketing solutions. Proven experience in process optimization requirement gathering documentation cross functional team building effective communication with stakeholders project management and execution.
