I am a hotelier with more than 5 years of work experience in the service field, where I have worked in star hotels, bars and restaurants catering to the many needs of the guests and also looking after my team members, apart from this my responsibilities varied from cleaning cutlery and crockery to look after restaurant operations and acting as night manager. Later Stage of my life I decided to become an entrepreneur and took up a franchise named Cuppa Bistro, which I closed in 2016 due to significant loss then started catering service, under the name Vas Hospitality Service where I paused operations in 2019 due to personnel problem, was looking forward to restarting the business in 2020 but couldn't due to covid. Once Covid restrictions were removed in 2021, I decided to sell home-baked goods and homemade chocolates, and this was where I discovered my love for baking and chocolates. In January 2024 I decided, I needed to further my knowledge and with the help of family friends who are in this field, decided to enrol in APCA - Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, advanced diploma programme may batch. The course is expected to finish on February 2nd week. I would like the opportunity to work in your prestigious establishment, as I believe I will be a great fit for the team as I am passionate about pastry and baking and strive for excellence.
