As a PMP and PMI-ACP certified Operations Manager with over 15 years of experience, I have gained expertise in managing large teams and diverse processes within the BFSI sector. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for assessing operational needs and developing solutions that drive customer satisfaction, improve revenues, and save costs. Currently serving as a Director at UBS, I have led multiple Product and Platforms teams. My experience in managing data-intensive projects, including setting up large teams and complex processes, has allowed me to effectively oversee key projects and flagships. With hands-on experience in implementing quality audits and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean, I have been able to streamline processes and deliver quality output. I possess a strong understanding of Robotic Process Automations, Alteryx Workflow Management, and Data visualization techniques (Tableau and Power-BI) to enhance the quality of output and achieve cost benefits.
