About Sristy Saraf

I am an Economics graduate with distinction from Lady Shri Ram College, DU, and a Masters in Economics with a scholarship from the Delhi School of Economics. My journey started in 2015 at Barclays Global Services, where I honed my skills as a Data Analyst, advanced Senior Data Analyst position, earning the Excellence Award for my contributions. In 2019, I joined my family's business, PRM Begraj, as Head of the F&B Vertical. My key achievement was turning a loss-making venture into a profitable one while serving over 750 meals daily and expanding operations with new Golpo-food courts in Coochbehar, Raiganj and Malda. Currently, I head the Processes Automation & Data Analytics at PRM Begraj. My focus lies in building the backbone systems for Sales, Purchase, CRM, HR and Quality control- ensuring efficiency, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction. I design and implement systems and processes that enable my organization to transition from manual, error-prone workflows to streamlined, efficient operations. I also lead initiatives in Digital Marketing and Pre-Sales, managing a diverse team of professionals across functions. As I expand my role into Sales and Marketing, my goal is to establish myself as a leader who drives growth and inspires teams to innovate and achieve results
