About Srithi Abhinitha

I enjoy creating order in clutter and breaking down complexity to help even a 4-year-old understand it (Listen to my son's discourse on the states of matter as proof :P). Education, Justice & Empowerment, and Community Development are the spaces I have been deeply committed to, as a Social worker and an Educator over the last 8 years. I value and actively practice authenticity, open communication, continual learning, and building strong relationships. At the core of my being, I'm a nurturer, where I am able to see the best in people, nurture them through difficulties, and take the extra mile to be there for those in need. During the course of my career, I've had the opportunity to work with, train and mentor over 300 teenagers and young adults and around 100 women too. As much as I love creating checklists, I also enjoy penning down open-ended rants on life, motherhood, God, and more. I've been a guest blogger for a few blog spaces on social justice, parenting, and leadership. I also run an inclusive music school and am part of a community that creates authentic content from time to time. I ran a homeschool co-op that believes in parent-led, foundational education for preschoolers. Our vision is to set our children up for success, to help them become wholesome people of value. Creating generational impact is my heart's cry and what better way to start than with our children :)
