About Srithika TM

I have both Academic and Industry experience in the area of Leadership Development Organizational Behavior Organization Development & Design. I believe integrated workplace learning can create sustained competitive advantage for any organization In my current role I head the Learning and Development function at Mindsprint working in parallel to solve todays needs and strategize the learning landscape for tomorrow. Prior to this I was accountable for leadership development of over 250 000 associates including early career and mid-senior managers across the globe at Cognizant. Apart from laying out the overall leadership development strategy I have designed our accelerator program for top talent in partnership with Harvard Business Publishing. I lead a global team that is involved in identifying macro and micro level learning needs creating a development strategy designing multiple learner journeys embedding mentoring/coaching/action learning etc. and reporting impact/RoI. Reflecting on close to two decades of my experience in both Industry and Academia I consider my ability to solve real problems with a systemic perspective collaborative style clarity of thought creativity and agility as some of my greatest strengths.
