Background

About Srivathsa Chirala

I’m a Mechanical Engineer and Project Management professional with 5+ years’ experience across power generation, heavy industry, and field service projects across Australia. My core expertise lies in mechanical systems QA/QC, outage management, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project delivery—especially in complex environments like coal power stations and large-scale fabrication facilities. Having worked with Toshiba and in key supplier roles, I’ve led inspections, managed MDRs, coordinated cross-border teams, and driven risk-based decisions that directly impacted plant uptime and compliance. I hold a Six Sigma Black Belt and a dual Master's in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management. I’m now looking to step into mid-senior Project Engineer or Junior Project Manager roles in infrastructure, energy, or construction sectors—bringing a strong QA foundation, a hands-on site approach, and a focus on operational excellence.
