Currently, with Dell India for over 13+ years working through ANZ and India time zone as part of Customer Care supporting heterogenous industry customers. Last 13+ years with Dell, had the opportunity to deliver strongly on Customer and Sales Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations, Import-Export, End-to-End Order Management, and Consumer Retailers Management. In formative decade, had an opportunity during my tenure at Acer and Servex (M E) to manage a portfolio of work activities leading evaluations, selection, development, and management of facilities management, forecast peripherals requirements, and vendor management.
