My role involves providing end-to-end recruitment solutions to a strategic partner of Wipro, as part of the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model.My core competencies include IT sourcing, managing key accounts, conducting extensive virtual drives, negotiating salaries and notices, converting doubtful resources to successful closures, and ensuring healthy recruitment cycles with strong pipelines. I also have experience in handling and mentoring a team of recruiters, as well as collaborating with clients and backend teams.
