With over eight years of experience in the IT industry, I am a Quality And Performance Analyst at NTT DATA Services, a global leader in digital transformation and innovation. I have a Master of Computer Applications degree, an ITIL 4 Foundation certification, and a GTS CAO training in transition methodology. In my current role, I ensure the quality and efficiency of the technical support and incident management processes, using various tools and metrics to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the service delivery teams. I also leverage my skills in multimedia and animation to create engaging and informative graphics and videos for internal and external communication and training purposes.
