About Sruthi Mortala

As a pharmacy technician at CVS Pharmacy, I support the pharmacist and customers with prescription services, inventory management, and quality assurance. I have gained valuable skills in customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving, as well as knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations. In addition, I am a laboratory assistant at Nova Southeastern University, where I assist with genetics research and experiments. I have learned how to conduct literature reviews, collect and analyze data, and write scientific reports. I am also the president of the NSU Forensic Psychology Club, where I lead event planning, budgeting, and fundraising activities. I am passionate and driven to pursue a career in the pharmacy industry, where I can make a positive impact and further my education and skills. I am currently a biology major with a minor in psychology and pre-health at NSU, where I have completed clinical exploration and shadowing at the on-campus dental clinic. I am proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, and fluent in English and Telugu. I am open to internships or part-time roles that can provide me with practical experience and opportunities for collaboration and learning.
