Worked as Project Manager at Mangayar Mangalam (NGO), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It aims at Women Empowerment Through Skill Development. Was involved in preparation of project proposal, budgeting, fund raising ideas, stakeholders. Assessing the target group and identify the project location. Worked as Guest Faculty in Department of Social Work, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. As a guest faculty I was responsible as field work coordinator for first year Social work students. Was also coordinator for 2nd semester students IV. Was hand Indian Constitution and disaster management classes for 2nd year students. Worked as Senior Associate-HR in SBI Life, there I was coordinating recruitment process with stakeholder, collecting mandatory documents and scrutinize for releasing offer letter and start on boarding the shortlisted candidate, handling PF/KYC Seeding queries, Contract Staff Management Coordinating with Training Department for induction program Now working as People Operations Associate at Zocket Technologies Handling manpower requirement of the organization I handle HR Policies and Compliances, Asset Management, Payroll Management, Employee relations, Attendance Maintenance, Contract Staffing and other HR operations as well
