I’m a sound financial advice leader, builder of high performing teams, and experienced in managing business operations from an executive level perspective. Early in my career I had a unique opportunity to attend a specialty training program that led to my exposure of almost every aspect of the banking industry. I am forever grateful for that experience. As my career progressed, I cultivated a unique ability to inspire internal teams, executive leaders, and clients through my trusted and knowledgeable influence. I enjoy leading large teams and managing through coaching strategies. I create value for all stakeholders by developing processes that seamlessly help meet client goals with firm offerings. I believe my performance has a record of exceeding performance goals and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention. I’m driven by opportunities to give back on a local and global scale and continuously seek out opportunities to volunteer or offer other resources that make a difference.
