About Stacey Brown

With over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries, I am a versatile, adaptable, and collaborative professional who thrives on challenges and opportunities. As a National Partnerships Advisor at Compass Group Australia, I leverage my expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) to build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients across the country. Previously, as a Recruitment Advisor at the same company, I used my communication and problem-solving skills to attract, recruit, and retain talent for various positions and projects. Before joining Compass Group, I worked as an Employment Consultant at APM, where I helped people with disabilities, injuries, and health conditions to find and secure employment. My career journey also includes working as a Department Manager at Coles Group, a Team Manager with Tupperware Brands, and a Business Owner of two ventures. Additionally, I have a background in the culinary field, having worked as a Chef in the Royal Australian Navy. I have had experience in running cooking classes for schools, working with local radio stations to provide unique and professional cooking demonstration's for their outside broadcasts and the pleasure of working alongside well-known celebrity Chef's as well as creating the launch menu for a popular tourist destination pub in QLD. I am currently pursuing a Double Diploma of Project Management, Leadership and Management at The College for Adult Learning, which will enhance my skills and knowledge in these areas. My mission is to make a positive impact in the world by creating value, delivering excellence, and fostering diversity and inclusion in everything I do. I am passionate about learning new things, exploring new possibilities, and connecting with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. I am excited to contribute to CGA's purpose vision with my unique blend of skills, experiences, and interests.
