Looking to change career paths as I mature towards my later days of employment. I feel that staying in the medical field where my knowledge and work experiences could benefit a practice to the fullest and be able to catch on easily with little or no training. I’m not looking to continue as a office manager or specialist or coordinator I’m honestly looking for something a little slower receptionist and prior authorizations, insurance verification sending claims posting payments something a little slower than the path that I’ve been on for the past 20 years. I would like to let employers know that I do not expect to be paid and an office manager salary I am prepared to take a decrease in pay as I decrease my work activities, this means I will not do as many jobs, but to do the job given well. I have been told that I am I recent interviews that I am overqualified, I feel I am very qualified, however, this factor did prevent me from moving forward. I am certainly, without a doubt, Not looking for management but something a little less stressful. I would love to talk to your company about any position you have open and I am open to offers other than medical, and very flexible.
