Currently supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, providing high-level executive support, strategic coordination, and operational oversight. In the Executive Assistant role, plays a pivotal part in managing calendars, facilitating executive communications, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating leadership meetings, while ensuring alignment across clinical, technical, and administrative teams. Previously a modality expert in both Ultrasound and CT, with deep expertise in connecting workflow processes across radiologists, sonographers, clerical teams, and practice leaders to enhance efficiency, revenue outcomes, and customer service. Held key support roles alongside the Modality Manager, Ultrasound Educational Manager, and Learning & Development Manager, with a strong focus on designing and implementing clinical protocols, staff policies, and internal training frameworks. Developed and led in-house workshops to support individual and team learning and has been instrumental in onboarding and upskilling staff. Strong stakeholder liaison experience across internal departments and external partners. Notably worked with Regional and Clinic Managers on the successful launch of a state-of-the-art radiology clinic and partnered with the Ultrasound Educational Manager to help establish an Ultrasound School for students, further supporting future workforce development.
