About Stacey Field

I am a Seasoned Business and IT Professional with extensive experience in both technology as well as business. My background in management has provided me with stellar interpersonal and communication skills resulting in numerous successful projects and endeavors. My previous experience in business has also allowed for a very effective and successful transition to the technology field. I have held positions in most areas of software development including: Project Management, Business Analyst, and Test Engineer/Manager. In each position held, I developed a reputation for being highly innovative and resourceful and often times regarded as a Subject Matter Expert. Being involved with each phase in the development lifecycle has not only allowed me to perform my tasks more effectively, but also assist with other areas typically resulting in bodies of work that are developed above standard, on time, and on or under budget. I am always looking to improve upon my skills sets and am a proven asset to each organization to which I have had the pleasure of working with. Specialties: I specialize in the gathering and analyzation of data, researching and documentation of processes and procedures needed to obtain a higher performance standard, as well as communicating and disseminating information to parties involved who can bring forth a positive result.
