About Stacey Foster

My calling in life is to help people. I want to make a difference in the world and foster growth in others. No matter where my career has taken me, my ability to listen, communicate, care, and empathize has allowed me to support the populations I have worked with in a way that is meaningful and beneficial. I began my career as an educator where I have been able to work with a variety of age and ability levels and I have found a passion for raising awareness for people with disabilities. I am an effective communicator who has been able to build rapport with all of the stakeholders that are involved in a child's education including peers, administrators, and parents. I thrive working in a collaborative environment because throughout my career I have seen how cohesive teams can deliver innovative solutions to the complex problems that exist in our educational institutions. In recent years, I have taken more of an administrative role in my career choices, by stepping outside of the classroom setting, but I’ve still managed to find purpose. I am currently an Education and Events Coordinator, assisting adult learners in furthering their professional knowledge and skills by organizing educational workshops and seminars. I am highly organized and always like to have a plan. I have a strong work ethic and possess the versatility to quickly master new concepts and skills. I am committed to pursuing opportunities that lead to my continued professional growth and development.
