I’m Dr Stacey Fuller, a dietitian and nutrition scientist with expertise in aged care, private practice, rehabilitation, and clinical nutrition across the lifespan. I specialise in healthy aging, metabolism, weight management, and residential aged care nutrition, delivering evidence-based, practical solutions that improve health outcomes.I hold a PhD in Nutrition, a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and am currently completing a Diploma in Dementia Care. My professional experience spans hospital rehabilitation and surgical wards, aged care facilities, private practice, NDIS and DVA services, and science communication through my Substack, Metabolic Rx.I bring a unique perspective combining clinical expertise with lived experience navigating body stigma and societal pressures around weight. This allows me to support clients and organisations with empathy, practical strategies, and sustainable approaches to nutrition.Passionate about translating research into actionable care, I help individuals and teams optimise nutrition, improve wellbeing, and achieve measurable results.
