About Stacey Haynes

I believe a person’s abilities go far beyond what’s listed on a CV. Real strengths are shown in how we adapt, learn, and grow through both professional and personal experiences. For nearly a decade, I called Germany home, where I learned to read, write, and speak the language before adapting to a new life in Belfast, Lancaster and the Midlands. Rebuilding in a new place taught me resilience, flexibility, and the value of strong communication. I’m especially proud of balancing personal and professional growth as a single parent. Supporting my son with ADHD has strengthened my ability to prioritise, stay highly organised, and create structure—skills I bring into every role.I thrive in roles where adaptability, relationship building, and problem-solving create results. I enjoy meeting new people, taking on challenges, and contributing to environments that value both professional expertise and personal qualities.
