About Stacey Heidel

I offer 10 plus years experience in a career that has shown consistent progression in all aspects of Health, Safety and Hazard Evaluation, as well as the initiative in assisting in the development of new programs involving behavior based safety programs. My experience includes work on DOE general surveillance and maintenance projects, demolition projects and Hazwoper instruction courses. I am responsible for Safety Oversight for the Power Integration Group (PIG) and all Surveillance and Maintenance Project activities at ETTP formerly K-25 facility. In an effort to further my career, I have completed extensive classroom and on-the-job training. I have completed Human Performance Improvement courses and am responsible with interface with all levels of personnel including senior managers, project management, supervisors and crafts of all disciplines. I have recently received certification as a Safety Management Specialist. I served as a Special Government Employee for our VPP audit team from 2018 to 2021. Certified as a Utility Safety Professional (CUSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC). I have completed several electrical safety courses including the NFPA 70E certificate course and NEC essentials course. My judgment and skills in handling daily problems in complex projects and multiple projects have been recognized by my superiors, as being not only re-active but pro-active to the safe and timely completion of projects. As a well organized individual, capable of working with little or no supervision, I feel confident I have the qualifications and skills to be a viable asset to your organization.
