About Stacey Hill

I build products that serve people, not systems.I'm a data-driven product leader who believes the best technology disappears into the background and lets humans live better lives. Currently Head of Product at ELMO Software, leading 20 people across 14 HR products in a PE-backed environment where commercial rigour, customer outcomes, and delivery discipline have to coexist. But my real education happens outside work.I'm the proud daughter of a New Zealand Naval Veteran who was present at the 1973 Mururoa nuclear tests. As Executive Member and Treasurer of the Mururoa Nuclear Veterans Group, I spend my spare time navigating health systems, government bureaucracy, and intergenerational trauma - fighting for genetic testing that might finally tell us what was done to our families. It's taught me that the most important problems are rarely the most visible ones. That data without humanity is just noise. And that the people most failed by complex systems are often the least equipped to fight back. That's the product leader I am.
