About Stacey Hoeft

In the fall of 2015 I wanted to learn more about how to provide support for others in their health journey. After a year long course through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I became a Certified Health Coach to deepen my knowledge to help others find balance and become whole physically, emotionally and spiritually! I’m blessed with the ability to draw on my previous experiences, as well as, my education to be living my purpose! In September of 2016, I began coaching a closed facebook group called Bod”E”Talk that is truly life changing, for me and countless others! I’m thrilled to be a Bod “E” Talk Coach because I love this lifestyle; positive changes are attainable for everyone with fantastic lifelong results! Over the years I’ve tried several weight loss programs and have had little long-term success. I’ve witnessed the significance of being healthy! I learned to love exercise and realized the importance of eating healthy foods (which is something I struggled with most of my life; maybe you have too?). Implementing the Bod”E”Talk lifestyle and creating healthy habits has allowed me to feel better at 48 than any other time in my life! The road to a healthier you, is paved with one small decision at a time. If the thought of creating change in your life is overwhelming, let’s start by focusing on each small decision that gets you where you want to be. Small changes can and will lead to big results! I want others to embrace the confidence that comes with the momentum of positive change! Becoming a Bod”E”Talk coach has allowed me to use my experiences, gifts and talents to serve others. I am passionate about helping others experience the empowerment of healthy living and inspire others to take control of their health and become the best and healthiest version of themselves!
