About Stacey Lee

My practice is focused on helping clients navigate difficult and sensitive family law matters including divorce & separation agreements, pre & post nuptial agreements, child custody and spousal and child support. On every matter, I am aim to bring about a positive and lasting change for each client’s life, family relationships and financial position. My clients range from high-net-worth individuals with complex business assets to parents seeking help with interjurisdictional custody disputes. Whether I am advising someone involved in an amicable split or in a bitter dispute, I always takes the time to ensure they fully understand the law, their options and my recommended steps. I give honest, practical advice that aims to help clients move past the immediate conflict and consider the long-term significance of their actions. When appropriate, I make use of all the tools at my disposal to help clients, including mediation, arbitration and interim court applications. I make regular court appearances at the Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and have also appeared at the Court of Appeal. In my practice, I also assist clients when they are purchasing or selling a home and when they need to update their will, power of attorney and estate plans. I work closely with a trusted group of professionals, including psychologist, realtors and financial and investment advisors to ensure my clients are receiving the professional support they need.
