Additionally, I have been a part of eight successful acquisitions, leveraging my operations expertise to seamlessly integrate new teams and processes into the organisation and accelerate commercial success. I am also passionate about giving back to the community and enjoy being a member of the Aurora charity committee, working to drive donations and organise fundraising events for our colleagues, ultimately resulting in charitable contributions and employee engagement. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes regular fitness, as well as exploring the great outdoors.
