About Stacey Markich

I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others. I currently work as the Manager in Fraud Investigation at USAA to include the expansion of fraud fingerprint in the Charlotte NC area. I have been with USAA since September 2004. During my time at USAA, I've had the opportunity to work in multiple areas to include, Bank, Investment Management Company (IMCO), Chief Financial Office (CFO), Internal Fraud and External Fraud. I manage a unit budget portfolios for over 10-20 people totaling in excess of half a million dollars annually. I am a passionate and motivated professional, who enjoys helping our members and employees meet their business needs, goals and objectives by promoting fraud risk mitigation. My many years of financial and investigative exposure, affords me the ability to provide excellent organizational strategies focused on risk and compliance adherence. As a Fraud Manager Investigations at USAA, my goal is to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with key business partners, while maintaining the utmost transparency, trust and compassion, in everything I do.
