I am not your typical "hard worker". I am much more than that. I believe in having exceptional influence to people that provide purpose motivation and direction. Here is a few of the words others have characterized me by: Honest, I am brutally honest and more than willing to people the truth including the one they don't want to hear. Meticulous, I am a perfectionist in getting assignments and tasks done and it work until it is completed free of errors and not by working to "time". Character, I have an impeccable character and cannot be influenced by others to make poor decisions and treat all people how they should be treated. Problem solving, it is one thing to identify a problem, but to identify a solution and action it is what I do on a daily basis. I believe in thoroughly training my subordinates and empowering them to make decisions. I have been in leadership positions for over 15 years and have seen the good and bad and understand the influence that good and effective leaders can have on an organization.
