As the Assistsnt Vice President of Payroll at RWJBarnabas Health, I oversee and manage the payroll and tax functions for over employees across 19 locations. With over 25 years of experience in this field, I am passionate about providing world-class customer service, improving practices and procedures, and collaborating with others to streamline and implement best practices and processes. I have extensive experience in configuring and implementing new HRIS systems, including Time and Attendance, designing salary structures and compensation policies, building ad-hoc reports using Cognos, and integrating and interfacing systems. I am also a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and proficient in UKG Pro, Kronos, PeopleSoft and ADP applications. I am always looking for ways to learn new skills and applications and to incorporate them into day-to-day operations. I am committed to continuing my growth and education opportunities within the Human Resources and Finance areas.
