I am a hotel general manager with a background in operations and revenue management passionate about collaborating with teams with a focus interest in hotel openings and renovations. This experience has been gained at multiple hotel brands of various sizes in several different markets.I am motivated to bring together associates and cultivate a great relationship with owners and other stakeholders to achieve great results. Recently, I successfully managed the operations of a hotel renovation that has seen an increase in guest satisfaction scores over 15 points from pre-renovation scores.Developing people for their next role is a key passion. I've built organizational capabilities by developing direct reports into management roles.All of my hotels have been recognized for driving results. My most recent property noted the highest satisfaction score for the brand in the Marriott managed western region in 2019 and 2021 while achieving goals including top line revenue, GOP, and achieving high associate engagement scores.
