As the current Stock, Store Support and General Warehouse Manager at Billy J Boutique, I oversee the receipt and management of stock in our 4 warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate processing times to meet online drop deadlines and customer demand. Also within the scope of my role is the efficient management and storage of all Incoming goods by our General Warehouse Team, as well as managing the Store Support team, ensuring the efficient and accurate transfer of inventory between the Warehouse and our Flagship store at Kawana. At Johnson Health Tech Australia. I began at the company managing the Procurement and large-scale, container-based ordering of fitness equipment, weights and accessories from both China and Taiwan. Forecasting expected sales, Liaising with Suppliers directly to develop new equipment, weights and accessories, attending International Fitness Expos in Taiwan to source new products and build relationships with our Multi-national Suppliers Johnson Health Tech and Proteus Fitness. I was also required to collaborate with our Customs Brokers and local carriers to ensure the most cost efficient and streamlined delivery of each shipment. After 7 years in this role I moved into the role of National Marketing Manager where I developed strong skills in trade show design and development, strategic marketing management, graphic design, Marketing Campaign Development and an outstanding attention to detail. As NMM I was also required to travel Europe each year to collaborate and build relationships with other global subsidiaries of Johnson Health Tech. as well as meeting with the JHT Marketing Head Office members of North America. I am passionate about always delivering the highest-quality service and product knowledge to customers in every role, and I thrive in the development and optimization of processes and operations and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in everything I do.
