With experience in training and delivery and having worked in recruitment for the past six years in various capacities, I have successfully run end to end recruitment campaigns for clients in a number of different industries including retail, finance, legal. More recently, I have been successfully managing the team here in Perth for Sinclair Recruitment where I have been thoroughly enjoying the healthy challenge. It is my ability to effectively communicate, my desire to contribute and my genuine interest in people and meeting their needs that makes me an exceptional consultant. I thoroughly enjoy the recruitment process and am thrilled to have the opportunity to deliver the highest level of quality and achievement, as opposed to the traditional recruitment agency/client relationship that I have worked with in the past. I now have the benefit of being able to utilise my business development and relationship building skills offering an extremely valuable service that delivers tangible results.
