I'm an Engineering Manager at Capital One with 13 years in tech. I started as a web engineer before transitioning into leadership. My mission is to empower others to thrive by fostering a culture of technical excellence and high standards. I lead by example, inspiring teams to deliver top-quality work. Some of my recent work and focuses include- Defining technical strategy so we can reach short and long term business goals without disruption - Managing a workstream of multiple teams to ensure the product delivery teams can deliver at pace today - Automated DORA and delivery health reporting, supporting CICD in a complex environment through continuous improvement - Automating repetitive critical software system tasks in a highly regulated environment, freeing up time for engineers to focus on value As someone with ASD and suspected ADHD, I bring a unique perspective to leadership. I champion neurodiversity and create inclusive spaces where everyone feels supported to perform at their best. I'm passionate about advocating for others and driving positive change in the workplace and the broader tech community.
