About Stacey Peto

As an experienced PACU and ED Registered Nurse, my goal is to obtain a position wherein I am able to utilize the skills I have acquired throughout my critical care experience. In addition to required certifications, such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, I have also been certified through the Trauma Nursing Core Course. As a dedicated self-starter who enjoys helping and educating others, I am seeking a nursing career that may have a positive and meaningful impact on my community. To the table, I bring experience of successfully working in team environments, as well as the ability to work independently. As a former teacher of Baltimore County Public Schools, I have the acquired the skills to think critically, adapt well to quickly-changing environments, as well as provide thoughtful communication to others. As an experienced real estate salesperson, I understood the importance of being a self-starter and the art of negotiation. Both paths have taught me to be organized, efficient, and effective in my positions. Working in Ambulatory Surgery will provide a satisfactory career, and in return, I will dedicate myself and use my knowledge and skill-set to ensure quality and inspired work.
