I’ve spent the last 13+ years growing within the veterinary industry—from cleaning kennels and answering phones to overseeing Specialty and Emergency Hospitals at the National level in an executive role. I have a $100M Revenue Portfolio and a team of several hundred associates. What drives me most is people—mentoring Directors, Managers, developing department leads, and helping others see their potential and rise into it. I believe strong leadership starts with empathy, clarity, and the willingness to invest in others. I’ve built a career on these values, and I bring that same energy to every team I work with. My strengths lie in multi-site operations, financial performance, strategic planning, and creating cultures that people want to be part of. I’m always looking for ways to improve systems, elevate leaders, and support long-term success at every level of the organization. As I continue to grow, I’m excited to take on new challenges that allow me to drive impact at scale—whether through larger regional roles, executive leadership opportunities, or strategic consulting within the veterinary or healthcare space.
