SEN mum Owner of Smiths Writing Services & HR coordinator at CITB My educational and professional background is varied having worked in retail, law, healthcare, commercial, aerospace & aviation, manufacturing & education. I also volunteer for the NHS readers panel.(I enjoy being kept on my toes) One of my biggest passions is to improve wellbeing and inclusivity within the workplace. Using my personal experiences with mental wellbeing, infertility and life as a SEND mum, to support both colleagues and business owners I work with. Having a BA (Hons) in English Lit isn’t what makes me qualified to write your copy, my real life experiences, raw encounters and strive for a real ‘people culture’ are. I have organised and taken part in several fundraisers for charity - the most recent being a walk for ‘Teenage Cancer Trust’ and skydive for mental health awareness raising just over for the charity ‘Mind’.
