About Stacey Sole

As a Worker's Compensation Nurse Case Manager who holds an active, unrestricted Compact License, I ensure quality and cost-effective care is being provided to injured workers. I have over six years of experience in case management, with a BSN-Nursing degree and retain the certifications of CCM, RNC-NIC, and C-ELBW. I leverage my skills in patient advocacy, direct patient care, and patient safety to coordinate medical services, facilitate communication, and monitor progress and outcomes. I also have a strong background in neonatal intensive care, having worked as a NICU RN for four years at two different health systems. I am passionate about helping patients and families navigate the complex and challenging aspects of their health and recovery. I continue to maintain two certifications pertaining to NICU, RNC-NIC and C-ELBW.
