Energetic hotel General Manager with 18 plus years of Hospitality experience. It was once told to me that we, in the hospitality industry, have the easiest job of all time - taking care of people. It's has been the greatest advice that I could have ever received, and I now live my day-to-day life by it. It is my mission to fill everyone that I come into contact with happiness through mine and my team's service. I believe in surrounding myself with the best of the best as my team, and in coaching each one of them to unlock their fullest potential. Success is imminent. My work at Hampton Inn, tending to and interacting with guests and team members has increased positive development in my communication skills. Through my work as the general manager I have experience in handling products, placing orders, interacting with local businesses, ensuring staff members are following policy and doing assigned tasks accordingly, while also aiding customers, I have become familiar with many thing such as sales, scheduling, data entry, inventory, and customer service. Furthermore, my time as the Hampton Inn General Manager has given me excellent experience in working with others. I love to travel, enjoy sports, walking, shopping, and going to church
