Stacey's background in talent acquisition/recruitment began in 2006 in the post-secondary educational setting where she advised and recruited students for pre-medical and nursing programs. Since 2011, she has served as talent acquisition manager/recruiter for health systems based in California, Wisconsin, Oregon, and North Carolina. Specializing in the placement of allied health, clinical/nursing support, new graduate nurses, experienced registered nurses across specialties, nurse educators, and nursing leaders. She is passionate about providing exemplary service to the departments she supports by means of establishing lucrative working relationships with hiring leaders and prospective employees. It is her goal to identify and present top talent to hiring leaders via the development and implementation of a recruitment marketing plan, which is comprised of diverse sourcing tactics, leveraging the use of technology.
