I have over 12 years experience in the IT industry. I am very adaptable to new technologies and have an eagerness to learn new skills to expand my knowledge. I have previous experience in providing 2nd line technical support for Unix/Linux environments. I also have previous experience as a Network Engineer providing frontline technical support for employees locally and remotely.I've always had an interest in computers and technology from a very young age. My aunt worked from home fixing desktop PCs and I loved sitting beside her to see what she was doing and learning from her. I would have played a game online to test how fast I could type sentences on a keyboard for fun. Over the years my interest grew further and I knew that this was the career path for me so my further education reflects this. My university course really helped me to dig deep into my creative side. Photography is a big passion of mine. I have a camera on me at all times to capture a special moment. I am very experimental in the kitchen cooking up new exciting healthy recipes to try with my family. My passion is to help people - whether this is within my job or outside of my job. Usually if anyone in my immediate family have issues with their computers/laptops or phones I am the first person they call.
