About Staci Bell

Working in Higher Education for the last 15 years has taught me to be open to new ideas and never stop learning. I have always been a high achiever and at Nebraska Wesleyan University I am surrounded by high achievers that sharpen my skills and keep me wanting to grow. I am confident in my abilities and I am authentic in my communication. I am direct and honest but have the ability to communicate hard subjects with comfort and inclusion. I am disciplined in my work ethic and never stop until a job is done. I am also optimistic in the way I view others and the world in general. I have gone from the staff assistant in the Sociology Department to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions and have recruited a quarter of the current students attending Nebraska Wesleyan University. Along the way I have grown as a leader and have hired, onboarded and manage the current team of recruiters. This team has recruited the largest class in the history of the university and is on track to do the same this year. I have created, developed and implemented a Pro-Active Financial Aid plan for the team which sets this admissions team above any other in the region.
