Served as the first Director of Development for the Shasta Family YMCA; Oversaw the successful merger of PlusONE Mentors, Inc. as a new program of the Shasta Family YMCA; Served as the Executive Director of PlusONE Mentors, Inc; Served as a substance abuse counselor for up to 60 females at any given time; Served as Program Director of the Visitors Center at San Quentin State Prison of California; Took part in a pilot project for the development of the Real Game California curriculum; Completed BA and MA while working full time; Completed two theses with results being utilized to provide quality programming for those being served; A leader with substantial hands-on experience; An individual whose personal philosophy and values have enabled her to succeed and to inspire and lead others. Goals: To serve as a positive role model for youth, to be active in my community and to live a life that I can reflect back on and feel proud of.
