I love being creative and finding new solutions. There is no job I cannot figure out, given time and guidance. 14 years in Ed Tech 14 years in Project Management 1 year as Marketing Manager 14 years as Instructional and Curriculum Designer building over 7 different courses 10 years in Training and Coaching Technology 14 years in being adaptable, communicative and collaborative 20 years applying my creative drive and experience while developing new ideas : Google Suite | Office 365 | Screencastify | Powerpoint | Photoshop | Canva | Canvas | Wix | Zoom What I bring: I am an experienced presenter and trainer who understands the need to create strong data analysis and to understand the product, program and concepts being taught or presented. I worked over a decade developing relationships while learning to understand best methods for problem-solving and learning. I have designed multiple instructional curriculums for various learners - both in person learning and online. I seek to understand those I work with to develop strong positive interactions and collaborate with flexibility and adaptability to work to a common goal. I make it happen: As technology continues to advance so do the needs of all users. I seek out to learn and understand new tech and skills as they are being introduced with evidence-based data analysis. SME's, and research. I use this to help drive my instruction and implementation evidence-based, equity-focused practices and analyze data to drive instruction and implementation. I strive to understand the world around me by networking, communicating and learning about people and innovative ideas. My favorite experience is when I understand a concept and can successful implement it and the "aha moment" in others!
